Three details to settle first.
Priorities and photos
List the rooms and areas that need attention. Share photos of the kitchen, bathrooms and any difficult marks. Ask about ovens, cupboard interiors, windows and carpets rather than assuming they are part of the same price.
Moving and handover dates
Plan access after your belongings have been removed where possible, and before your inspection or key handover. Share both dates with the team; a preferred date is a request until Cleanspot confirms it.

ON CLEANING DAY
Make the handover easier.
Remove personal belongings and empty the areas you want cleaned. Arrange keys or someone to provide access, and check water and electricity arrangements with the team. Point out fragile surfaces or existing damage before work begins.
Keep your agreed cleaning priorities handy for the final walkthrough. Cleaning does not repair property damage, and a cleaning service cannot guarantee a landlord’s inspection decision or deposit refund.
